- Write all your website text-based content by yourself or with a copywriter

STEP 3: Create / review project proposal
- On Purpose Projects team reviews content and website plan to create a proposal
- OPP and client agree to proposal
- Onboarding call / walk through next steps
Deliverable: decision whether to work together on the project / do project onboarding
STEP 4: Branding planning (if applicable)
- Logo design / redesign (if applicable)
- Choose colors, style and fonts (if applicable)
Deliverable: Brand summary created
STEP 5: Web / graphic design
- Client and designer collaboratively work together to design & functionality each page of the website
- Wireframe pages (if required)
- Custom graphics (if required) created
Deliverable: Designs and instructions documented and passed onto the web development team.
STEP 6: Web development / quality assurance
- Develop desktop version of the website per design mockups
Deliverable: Desktop version of website built on our server
STEP 7: Final client edits / Optimization
- Client reviews website and sends final edits
- Web team implements changes
- Quality assurance: confirm that the website is mobile responsive, bug free and works properly in multiple browsers
Deliverable: Approved site on our server
STEP 8: On-page SEO
- SEO team completes on-page SEO (if applicable)
Deliverable: Website is search engine optimized (if applicable)
STEP 9: Choose ongoing website support package
- Client chooses whether they want OPP to maintain the site or if they'll do it themselves
Deliverable: ongoing support plan chosen
STEP 10: Delivery / takeover training
- Website transferred to the client's host (if not choosing a OPP maintenance plan)
- OPP trains client on how to use the website (if required)
Deliverable: Client has complete access to the website and knows how to use it
