The Problem With Google Docs for Web Edits

Ever find yourself drowning in messy Google Docs full of website edits?

There’s a MUCH better way.

One of the biggest game-changers for my agency has been using Pastel for managing edits and feedback. It’s clean, simple, and keeps everyone on the same page.

How Pastel Transformed Our Workflow

Here’s how we use it:

  1. Client edits → Instead of “can you change this on that page?” emails, clients just drop their notes directly on the live site via Pastel.
  2. Client reviews → When we send over a new site or design, the client clicks a link and leaves feedback right where it belongs. No more endless back-and-forth meetings.
  3. Internal QA → Our team uses it too. We drop notes for developers straight onto the site so nothing gets missed.

Why Pastel Saves Agencies Hours of Chaos

Honestly, it has saved us countless hours of confusion and chaos.

If you’re still managing web edits in docs or email threads, Pastel will feel like a breath of fresh air.
